Assisted Living Facilities With Nursing Services Option

Our assisted living service provides client-centered services to patients with high medical, physical, and mental disabilities. We provide 24 hour care according to patient’s needs.

Wellness Services

Wellness services start with a nutritional, medical, physical, and emotional assessment, then we prepare a wellness plan with the patient to make them feel better and function better both physically and emotionally. These services include a nutritional diet plan, supplements are per client needs and physician orders, and exercises. Spiritual and emotional counseling including relaxation services.

Homelessness to Wellness Programs

We have a 6 month to a 1 year program where we allow the homeless patients that meet the criteria into one of our homes. Which includes food, clothing, and nutritional supplements as needed. Also social work services, medical referrals as needed, spiritual. emotional, and financial counseling. We also utilize job training and job placement to bring them back to wellness. We treat homelessness as a disease, we do not only treat the symptom but find the underlying cause of it, to cure it and help the patient become their better self.
